Our School
Rights Respecting Schools
Gracemount High School has made a commitment to ensuring that children’s rights are learned, understood and lived throughout every level of the school.
The award is not only about educating children on their rights but actively encouraging our pupils to display the values of the UNCRC in every day and to empower them to make a difference in the world.

The UNICEF UK Rights Respecting School Award (RRSA) is based on principles of equality, dignity, respect, nondiscrimination and participation.
The RRSA seeks to put the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child at the heart of a school’s ethos and culture to improve well-being and develop every child’s talents and abilities to their full potential.
